Basic Qualifications
  • Technical/Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university.  Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two to five years related facility maintenance or engineering experience
  • Project management experience
  • Basic experience with HVAC, roofing, concrete, plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping, and compressed air
  • Exposure to LEAN/Continuous Improvement concepts, principles and practices
  • Strong Leadership and Communication skills with excellent follow-up and sense of urgency
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required, intermediate MS Excel
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Management/supervision experience with an emphasis on scheduling, safety, project completion, and lost cycle
  • Paint system experience
  • Boilers/Steam experience
  • Ability to train, manage, lead, and/or understand LEAN or CI activities and initiatives preferred
