Education and/or Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of college or Technical school, or equivalent
experience preferred
• Three to five years of experience in production/manufacturing
lead role is preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical ability to use shop equipment, tools and procedures
Requirements and / Qualifications
• Reliable and punctual, must be available for weekends/occasional overtime
• Good communication skills
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office word
• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
• Able to operate large industrial machinery
• Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Able to work 8 hour shifts standing
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
