Technical Skills/Knowledge
- Effective professional communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to manage frequent interactions with site, business unit and division management.
- Analytical and problem solving skills; should be detail-oriented, but also able to provide concise usable data to the business.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, and handle deadlines.
- Strong analysis, cost and project accounting background.
- Familiarity with US GAAP revenue recognition rules and SOX internal controls.
- Advanced knowledge and use of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Five to eight years of accounting or finance experience in an engineered to order manufacturing environment.
- Hyperion financial management experience.
- ERP Experience (SAP, Oracle, MAPICS, QAD etc.).
- German language and MBA a plus
