Basic Requirements:
•    Minimum of three (3) years of experience in trade compliance
•    This role requires access to export-controlled technology and any offer will be conditional upon the Company’s receipt of any and all necessary export licenses that may be required by U.S. law. In the event a candidate refuses or cannot otherwise provide necessary information in order for the Company to determine whether such licenses may be necessary or for the Company to obtain any required licenses, the Company shall maintain the exclusive right to discontinue the application process and/or withdraw any contingent offer that has been made.

Great to Haves:
•    Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
•    Minimum of five (5) years of experience in trade compliance and/or customs compliance activities outside of North America such as Mexico, Brazil, etc.
•    US Customs Broker license
•    Ability to manage and influence employees at all levels of the organization
•    Familiarity with logistics processes across different transportation modalities 
•    Proficiency with MS Excel and data management to process large data sets to identify abnormalities, challenges, or areas of attention
•    Ability to function both as a team and individual player with the ability to shift priorities as required by the trade compliance team and business operations
•    Ability to support performance metrics and evaluate internal and external service providers
•    Demonstrated skills in resolving business challenges
•    Ability to multitask
•    Ability to work under time constraints and business priorities (work hours are subject to business needs and may extend beyond normal workday hours to facilitate communication with global partners)

Travel Requirements:
•    25%, some global travel may be required
•    Incumbent must live within a commutable distance to the Pitman, NJ or Wytheville, VA facility
