Warehouse Associate

a.         Education and training:    H.S. Graduate or equivalent preferred.  Good reading writing and arithmetic skills required.  Forklift experience necessary.  Computer skills are a must for data entry.

b.         Experience:      Preferred one year experience in an active distribution environment.

Must have a working knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, freight receipts, and packing lists.

   OTHER CONSIDERATIONS (e.g., safety hazards, working hours other than normal business hours, travel, etc.):

a.         Individual in this position must be responsible and accurate. Overtime will be required, sometimes at short notice, during periods of peak demand or when Customer requirements result in after-hour inbound or outbound movements.

b.         Overtime as necessary during heavy traffic times.  

c.         Must adhere to Coperion safety rules and regulations at all times.
