Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in human resources, business, or related field; and a minimum of 7 years related human resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in human resources and/or talent management.

Skills/Experience
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations required
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals required
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public required
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume required
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry required
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables required
• Knowledge of JDE Human Resources systems; Excel spreadsheet software and Word Processing software required
• PHR or SPHR preferred

Travel
Employee must be able to travel 40 % of the time.
