Experience:
• Associate degree and at least 3 years’ legal administrative experience; or 5 years’ legal administrative or paralegal experience
• Strong preference for prior experience supporting attorneys in a corporate legal environment or in a law firm litigation department

• Proactive problem solver and independent thinker
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a global mix of employees and external vendors
• Strong technical and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point), SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to use the latest technology while regularly learning emerging improvements/upgrades
• Knowledge of and experience with administrative and commonly-used business and legal concepts, practices and procedures
• Work independently with minimal supervision to carry out objectives
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork oriented; commitment to working collaboratively with other assistants to maintain seamless coverage, as needed
• Flexibility of schedule – ability to work as needed to complete tasks and meet deadlines, including before and after normal office hours
• Possesses strong sense of integrity and positive attitude
