FP&A Manager

Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in finance or accounting; and a minimum of 5 years related financial analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in financial analysis.
MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred

Skills/Experience
Practical experience in financial modeling and forecasting required.
Understanding of GAAP in a standard cost environment required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
Strong ERP and financial systems background required (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Hyperion preferred but not required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong attention to detail with a conviction for meeting deadlines required.
Highly assertive and ability to lead from a sense of responsibility, rather than authority required.
Self-starter; able to drive results without active direction required.
Excellent organizational skills required.
Demonstrated ability to understand lean business principles and apply them in the back office setting preferred.

Travel
Employee must be able to travel 10% of the time.
