Basic Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university in Engineering, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent required.
•    Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a high mix low volume business is required.
•    Minimum of three (3) years of experience with medium ($20M+) and complex spend is required.
•    Minimum of three (3) years of contract negotiations and spend analysis experience.
•    Ability to present to upper management and clearly communicate strategic initiatives and plans.
•    Exercise leadership and influence across multiple groups in a matrix organization.

Great to Haves:
•    Project Management experience; detail-oriented with excellent prioritization and organization skills.
•    Ability to establish cross functional relationships and partnerships through your product and process knowledge.
•    Microsoft Office skills (Power Point and Excel is critical)
•    Professional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
•    Expertise in sourcing and supplier management of steel, mechanical, electrical, & hydraulic components 
•    Knowledge and experience with sourcing and negotiating contracts with multi-year commodity and supplier strategies.
•    Core skills must include contract negotiations, spend analysis, and leadership through influence.
•    Knowledge or certification in Lean or 6-Sigma concepts or equivalent
•    Ability to work with financial work sheets concerning cost savings justification and COGS (cost of goods sold).
•    Ability to train and develop others
