Manufacturing Engineer
Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university with a focus in mechanical or manufacturing engineering; and 0-1 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Experience
- Required: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute action plans. Intermediate
- Required: Highly organized, excellent time management, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Intermediate
- Required: Proficient in reading and interpreting design prints. Intermediate
- Required: Technical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing processes. Intermediate
- Preferred: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Intermediate
- Preferred: Excellent people, communication (written and verbal), negotiation and facilitation skills. Intermediate
- Preferred: Superior problem-solving skills. Intermediate
- Preferred: Manage metrics with action plans and bowlers in accordance with the Strategic Deployment Process. Intermediate
- Preferred: Ability to lead change without having direct authority. Basic
- Preferred: Practical understanding of Lean business practices and Continuous Improvement process implementation. Basic
Travel
Some travel may be required up to 15%.
