Position Summary

Performs all tasks involved in the production of Pinch Valve products.  Follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reads bill sheet and performs work as assigned by department Supervisor.
  • Assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
  • Attaches appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
  • Tracks production on schedule boards.
  • Notifies supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
  • All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Education

Less than high school education; or a minimum of 1 month(s) related manufacturing experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in manufacturing.
