Skills/Experience
  • Ability to design, develop and execute lean business system roadmaps for Segment
  • Demonstrated knowledge leading multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and familiarity with, a variety of TPS/Lean Sigma tools including but are not limited   to:   VSM,   Standard   Work,   Pull   Systems   &   Kanban,   SIOP,   Daily   Management,  5S/Visual Management, 3P, SMED, TPM, Transactional Process Improvement, Variation Reduction Kaizen & Six Sigma, etc…. Black Belt certification is desirable but not required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and familiarity with, a variety of Growth tools including but are not limited to: VOC, Sales Funnel, Value Selling, Value Pricing, Advanced New Product Introduction, Product Life- Cycle Management, etc.
Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Engineering or related science from a college or university; 1-3 years of leadership experience; and 4 to 7 years related functional experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advanced degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or an MBA is a distinct advantage


Computer Skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office required


Travel

Employee must be able to travel 30% of the time both domestically and internationally
